Key Skills

  • Front office reception – welcome and assist people with enquiries and appointments
  • Keep and maintain a well organised reception area and waiting rooms.
  • Maintain accurate patient data and medical clinic diaries



  • Good customer service and team work skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced Computer skills and administration experience
  • Experience in Medical software (Medical Director and Pracsoft) is desirable
