The Handbury Medical Suites and WRAD currently have the following part time positions available:
Finance & Administrative Support 0.5FTE
The Finance & Administrative Support Officer will support the Finance Manager and Finance Assistant with the administration of Reckon Accounts, payroll, banking and other general finance and office duties.
A knowledge of Reckon and medical software is preferable but not essential
Quality Assurance 0.5FTE
The Quality Assurance Officer will assist the Operations Manager in overseeing and developing the quality processes for WRAD. This includes maintaining our Quality Database, facilitating quality activities, assisting with policy & procedure development, and OH&S.
An understanding of quality assurance and OH&S is preferable but not essential.
The successful applicants will have good communication, time management and computer skills, be able to work independently when necessary, and demonstrate empathy and discretion.
