We welcome referrals from GPs, hospitals, community services, schools, justice, and self-referrals. We triage quickly and keep you in the loop (with consent).

Who we accept

Cutting back, stopping, or using more safely (reduce harm from use)

Managing cravings, anxiety, sleep and mood

Pharmacotherapy / Medicated Assistance for Treatment of Opioid Dependence (MATOD) — including Long-Acting Injectables (LAIB)

Counselling, care planning, and family support

Links to detox/withdrawal and residential options and mental health support

Group programs for people wanting recovery, and for family and loved ones’ support

Client details and preferred contact method

Presenting concerns, risk/safety info, current medications

Consent to share information (tick box + date)

Preferred service (if known): counselling, MATOD, family support, groups

After you refer

Within 2 business days
