Handbury Medical Suites

WRAD Health’s Handbury Medical Suites are open to the general public and offer a full range of general bulk billing medical services that are available to everyone.

We are one of the few general practices in Warrnambool to offer a comprehensive range of bulk-billing services which means patients do not have to pay gap fees.

The service is accredited by the Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited (AGPAL).

Vaccinations

We are currently offering appointments for COVID-19 vaccination (Pfizer and Novavax) and Influenza vaccination. A link to patient consent forms and vaccine information can be found by copying the links below.

Medical Practitioners

Dr Sue Richardson

Sue has many years experience working in rural and urban settings and works full-time with WRAD Health where she is available for drug and alcohol, general medical and psychological problems. Sue’s special interests include acupuncture, EMDR which is treatment for post traumatic stress disorder, and hypnosis.

Dr Yunfei Han

After completing VCE in Hamilton, Yunfei graduated from Biomedicine at the University of Melbourne and completed Medical School at the Australian National University. He has worked in a number of hospitals in ACT and NSW before finding his calling as a GP and moved back to South-Western Victoria.

Dr Devendhran Ramu

In 2025, Dr Dev celebrated his 10th anniversary as a general medical practitioner at the WRAD Health. Dev trained under surgeons and GPs in southern India before moving to Australia in 2011 where he completed his Australian Medical Council qualifications.

Dr Heng She (Hazel) Loy

Hazel is a general practitioner providing patient-centered care across all stages of life. She has a special interest in women's and children's health, and minor procedure. She also offers medical acupuncture as part of integrative approach to muscular skeletal conditions, pain management and other health conditions.

Dr Sharni Wilkes

Sharni is a Yamatji woman, who first came to WRAD Health in 2018 for an intern placement while working at the Warrnambool Base Hospital. She has spent a number of years working in hospitals in Vic, WA + NT before coming back to Warrnambool to complete her GP training.
Sharni has a special interest in paediatrics, oncology and Aboriginal health, and has completed her FARGP in child health. She sits on the GP advisory group for VACCHO in Victoria, and is an accredited GP training supervisor with RACGP and ACRRM.

Dr Molly Robertson

Molly is a rural generalist registrar who has an advanced rural skill in paediatrics. Molly trained at James Cook University in Queensland and worked at Port Macquarie Base Hospital in New South Wales before settling in Warrnambool. She enjoys all aspects of general practice and has a special interest in children's health, women’s health and mental health.

Dr Sinead Rowe

Sinead grew in Wexford in Ireland and completed her medical training at University College Dublin.
After working in Melbourne for more than two years, Sinead entered the Australian General Practice Training (AGPT) Program and moved to Warrnambool where she started working with the Hopkins Medical Clinic.
In 2026 as she nears the completion of her GP registrar training program, Sinead has joined the WRAD Health team

Dr Suresh Karuppannan

Suresh joined WRAD Health in a part-time capacity in February 2026 as part of The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) AGPT program.
He is also completing a Victorian Public Health Medicine traineeship through Doherty Institute/ University of Melbourne.
Trained in India, Suresh graduated in 2008 and worked mostly in southern India before moving to Australia in 2017 where he completed his Master’s in Public Health in Western Australia.
