HANDBURY MEDICAL SUITES offers a full range of general bulk billing medical services that are available to everyone.
The Handbury Medical Suites is one of the few general practices in Warrnambool to offer a comprehensive range of bulk-billing services which means patients do not have to pay gap fees.
The service is accredited by the Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited (AGPAL).
Practice hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.

Dr Sue Richardson
Sue has many years experience working in rural and urban settings and works full-time with WRAD where she is available for drug and alcohol, general medical and psychological problems. Sue’s special interests include acupuncture, EMDR which is treatment for post traumatic stress disorder, and hypnosis.
Dr Clare Mooney
Clare trained at the University of Liverpool Medical School and worked in both England and Ireland before moving to Australia in 1988 and settling in Warrnambool. She works part time in both general practice and at WRAD.
Dr Devendhran Ramu
Dev is fulfilling a long-held ambition with his appointment as a general medical practitioner at the Handbury Medical Suites. He trained under surgeons and GPs in southern India before moving to Australia in 2011 where he completed his Australian Medical Council qualifications.
Dr Yunfei Han
After completing VCE in Hamilton, Yunfei graduated from Biomedicine at the University of Melbourne and completed Medical School at the Australian National University. He has worked in a number of hospitals in ACT and NSW before finding his calling as a GP and moved back to South-Western Victoria.
Dr Bibha Pradhan
Bibha has a passion for the delivery of excellent patient care, and working as part of a cooperative and supportive medical team. In the past 5 years Bibha has had positions at Alice Springs Hospital , Hunter New England Local Health District, Launceston General Hospital and Hopkins Medical Centre here in Warrnambool. She has completed her diploma in Obstetrics and the Sydney Child Health Program.
Dr Sylvia Gjerde
Sylvie is an Australian-trained GP Registrar placed with WRAD for six months until January 2021. Becoming a GP has been her goal throughout medical school and residency, having a passion for social justice, a dedication to excellence, and a love of teamwork. Sylvie’s short-term goals are to experience the breadth of community medicine, undertake an obstetrics and gynaecology placement including the obtaining of formal certification, and gain experience in addiction medicine. Longer term goals are to work in General Practice as an advocate for women’s health and indigenous health, and the welfare of refugees.
